Can You Help Ebby?
We are trying to help 25 year old Lalith Ebenezer raise 6.5 lakhs required for his surgery. An accident in 2018 December left Ebenezer (Ebby to his friends) with serious fractures on his elbow and thigh. The surgery that followed involved inserting a rod in his thigh and a plate in his elbow. Despite all their financial problems (which was a result of their business turning bankrupt), the parents went ahead with the surgery.
At the time of his accident, Ebby was working and providing for his parents. Two days post surgery, Ebby began to notice heightened levels of pain and subsequently the doctor told him, that there seemed to be complications that had developed. Within a few months of the surgery, there was pus oozing from the sites of the surgery. Recent visits to the doctor have confirmed that Ebby’s bones have weakened and there is the danger of them collapsing. In order to avoid this and threat to life, he needs to have those implants removed and fresh ones put in place, along with treatment of the infection. The surgery will be done in St Johns hospital under Dr. Ganesh and team.
Once Ebby has recovered and is back on his feet, he can look for a job and finally be able to do what his heart desires – that is to provide for his parents and give them a life of dignity.
