GMF Australia is collaborating with Vittala International Institute of Ophthalmology, Bangalore for Vision 2021.

Between January and March, 36 cataract surgeries and 4 complex retinal surgeries have been performed. Patients for the camp will be screened from surrounding villages and brought in for the surgery to VIIO.

VIIO will perform 200 eye surgeries during our yearlong mission and we look forward to giving the gift of sight to those in Bangalore in the coming months.
